Lot Maintenance We are one of the largest Lot Maintenance providers in the waterfront communities of Northeastern North Carolina. Our Lot Maintenance season runs from April-October. Our clients are billed on a monthly basis and we bushhog and weed eat each lot as many times as necessary each month to keep it nicely groomed and in compliance with the Home Owners' Association guidelines.

Brush Clearing & Water View Enhancement We offer more extensive Brush Clearing and Water View Enhancement Services on a one-time basis generally during the fall and winter months.

Culvert Installation We also offer driveway culvert installation.

Tree Removal During the fall and winter, we offer tree removal to beautify the lots and prepare them for the following season of lot maintenance.
